Return and Refund Policy
At Curated Home Decor, we want you to love your new interior pieces. Because our items are fulfilled directly through global logistics networks to offer competitive pricing, please read our return guidelines carefully before initiating a claim.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we will make it right.
Timeframe: You must notify us within 5 days of delivery.
Email us at info@curatedhomedecor.store with your Order Number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic or video evidence of the damage/defect.
Remedy: Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or send out a replacement at no extra cost to you. Please do not return damaged items without contacting us first.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Location: Please contact info@curatedhomedecor.store to receive the designated return shipping address. Do not ship packages back to the address listed on your original shipping label.
3. Order Cancellations and Modifications
Because our system is automated to process orders as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been processed by our fulfillment partners. If you noticed an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order, though changes cannot be guaranteed.
4. Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
