Thank you for shopping at Curated Home Decor! We curate and source our products globally to bring you beautiful, trending decor items directly to your door.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment centers within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your package is in transit.
2. Shipping Windows
Because we ship directly from global fulfillment hubs to cut down on warehousing costs, our standard delivery timeline is:
Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. While most packages arrive well within this window, shipping timelines are estimates and are not absolute legal guarantees.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your tracking number is active, you can monitor your package's journey online. Tracking details can take up to 48 hours to update after the package is scanned by the international carrier.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Customers are considered the importers of record. Curated Home Decor is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes levied by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs inspections, carrier backlogs, severe weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If your package has not arrived after 20 business days, please contact us at info@curatedhomedecor.store so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
